I'm a product designer who grew into design engineering while helping build Gen H from a pre-launch startup into a regulated lender. Over six years I've worked across customer experiences, operational tooling, company strategy, investor storytelling and software development.
I enjoy simplifying complexity, creating coherent systems and building products that solve real problems. Whether that's a mortgage journey, an internal workflow or a side project, I'm interested in understanding how things work and making them work better.

Joined Gen H before regulatory approval and helped shape the business through launch, growth and scale. Worked across customer acquisition, broker tooling, internal operations, company storytelling and product strategy. Over time my role evolved from product designer to design engineer, building production software and internal tools alongside core customer experiences.
